MANAGING PRINCIPAL

Michael Grunberg graduated from Vassar College. He has worked for Merrill Lynch and Chase Private Banking. His entrepreneurial drive has lead him into an array of business start-ups and small businesses. By the early 80’s he turned his focus back to the family business and began working with his parents Fanny and Zvi Grunberg. Michael's talent in real estate quickly earned him a position on the New York City Community Board a position then appointed by the Borough President and Mayor of New York. Two decades later Grunberg Realty continues its success and growth under Michael's leadership, and in particular, Grunberg Realty's growth beyond New York City.

PRINCIPAL

Ariel Grunberg Holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baruch College of the City University of New York. Ariel began his real estate career working in the family business in 1977. After two years he began expanding his knowledge by managing properties for larger companies like Samson Management; Pearce, Urstadt, Mayer & Greer; and Donald Zucker Co.

In 1989, Ariel returned to the family business after his father, Zvi Grunberg, passed away. Zvi was the co -founder of the company with his wife Fanny Grunberg. Ariel overseas the day-to-day operations of their company’s properties. In his spare time, he enjoys taking Zumba classes and spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.

DIRECTOR OF COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

Dakota Hendey received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Management Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Dakota began his career at Grunberg Realty in 2019 and previously spent two years working as a field engineer on large scale renewable energy projects across the country.
