Fanny was born in the Ukraine, educated in Israel, manufactured Jewelry in Venezuela, and for the last 38 years has built Grunberg Realty from the ground up. She continues to inspire growth and development.

Michael Grunberg graduated from Vassar College. He has worked for Merrill Lynch and Chase Private Banking. His entrepreneurial drive has lead him into an array of business start-ups including: an antiques shop, art gallery, café, and even an ice cream shop all before his 22nd birthday. During this period of small business ownership Michael was elected President of the Amsterdam Merchants Association.

One of his later ventures was "Preppy Records", an independent music label that made and distributed records internationally, and produced a music video that played worldwide. By the early 80’s he turned his focus back to the family business and began working with his parents Fanny and Zvi Grunberg. Michael's talent in real estate quickly earned him a position on the New York City Community Board a position then appointed by the Borough President and Mayor of New York. Two decades later Grunberg Realty continues its success and growth under Michael's leadership, and in particular, Grunberg Realty's growth beyond New York City.

Holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baruch College of the City University of New York. Ariel began his real estate career working in the family business in 1977. After two years he began expanding his knowledge by managing properties for larger companies in the metropolitan area. In 1989, he returned to the family business and manages the day to day operations of the residential properties owned.

Emma is a graduate of CUNY with a BS degree in Accounting and Pace University with a MS degree in Taxation. Emma has over 20 years experience in Real Estate. She has been with Grunberg Realty since the 1980's. Emma's responsibilities include overseeing all accounting and financial functions, co-op sales, insurance, and many other important functions. Susan is a graduate of the State University of New York with a BS in Business Management. She has fifteen years experience in management and facility engineering. Susan is responsible for the day to day operations of our commercial properties, including tenant relations, employee oversight, operations and leasing. Susan is also responsible for construction and rehabilitation planning and management.
